Webinars

Run it live, then reuse the recording in scheduled evergreen sessions.

Live rooms with stage layouts, slides and a chat you can moderate. Then turn the recording into a scripted session that opens the room, swaps the slides and shows the offer at the same second, twice a day, without you.

Webinars at a glance

Run the live room once, then reuse it as a scheduled evergreen session.

Keep registration, the room, timed offers, attendance and sales in one account. The recorded session can return on a millisecond-precision event timeline.

Run the stage, media, questions, chat, and offer controls from the same live room.
  • Live room. Mix stream, presentation, video and widgets, then switch layouts during the session.
  • Evergreen timeline. Change layouts, slides, video, chat and offer buttons at the exact recorded moment.
  • Registration. Use your own form or messenger channel and give every contact a personal join link.
  • Results. Read attendance, viewing percentage, drop-off, revenue, orders and UTM data together.

Hosts, moderators and guests can join the room. Staff can enter a running scripted session and answer chat without starting or stopping its video.

Limits: AXL is not the encoder. The live broadcast starts on YouTube, Vimeo or Facebook. There is no one-click replay page; use an evergreen session or embed the recording on a page.

How it runs

The live hour, and the hours after it.

Running one live. Create the event, set the date, publish its registration page on your domain. Start the broadcast on YouTube, Vimeo or Facebook, paste the link into the room, load the deck, open the room. The reminder before it is a scenario you build.

After the room closes. Final attendance is not ready the moment the room empties, so start the follow-up from the webinar-completed event, then branch on how long each person stayed.

Do this in 10 minutes

Turn one live session into an evergreen webinar.

  1. 01 Start from a real live run The timings you need are the ones the room produced. Webinars → New, type auto
  2. 02 Registration page and stage Ask only for what you need. Extra fields cost registrations. Event → Registration
  3. 03 Place the webinar events Read the seconds off the recording. Guessed ones feel wrong. Template → Events
  4. 04 Make the offer button an event Then “saw the offer” and “clicked it” are different branches, for contacts with an email. Timeline → Button
  5. 05 Script the chat, set the schedule Never script a question you would not answer honestly live. Template → Chat script
  6. 06 Split the follow-up three ways Never attended, under twenty minutes, past the offer. Scenarios
Same job, one prompt

“Create a scenario for the webinar ‘Colour Masterclass’ with three branches: did not attend, attended under 20 minutes, attended over 40. Message each on their preferred channel, email as fallback, then send the offer link to the attending branches. Leave it switched off.”

A finished AXL webinar follow-up scenario on the automation canvas: join link on registration, reminder an hour before, offer or replay by attendance.

Step 06 is graph work. Build it by hand on the scenario canvas, or hand it to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor over MCP, or to the AI built into the platform, which connects nothing.
