Take the money, book the slot, stop copying details between four apps.
Your “system” is a scheduling link, a payment link and a memory of what you promised. Here one booking page carries your hours, your intake questions and a Zoom or Meet link created for you. Every booking lands on the record that already holds the order.

Payment, booking, intake answers, and reminders stay on the same client timeline.
What a booking page actually holds.
-
The page itself
Several durations on one page, 15 to 90 minutes, and the guest picks. Google Meet, Zoom, phone or in person, in the guest's own timezone.
Availability, buffers, hosts → -
Getting paid first
Sell the session as a service product with a payment link you copy. A deposit through partial payment leaves the balance payable; unpaid orders expire on a deadline you set.
-
One record, not five
Contacts, deal pipelines, tasks with reminders, and a timeline of forms, orders, notes and call recordings. The telephony logs and analyses calls; it does not place them.
The record → -
Booked, cancelled, no-show
The bookings list shows date, guest, host, duration and status. Mark Confirmed, No-show or Cancelled and filter by it. Each state is a trigger in a scenario, the automation canvas.
-
No cut of your fee
“AXL does not take a percentage cut of your revenue.” Your payment provider still charges its own processing fee; that is between you and them.
Sell it, book it, then never chase it again.
Payment first, booking second; nobody holds a slot they have not paid for.

Sell the session
Create a service product (or a deposit through partial payment), put a checkout element on a page, connect a gateway: 20+ providers, plus cash and bank transfer.
-
30 to 60 min
Book the session
Create the booking page on your own domain, set availability, add the questions you now ask by email, connect Zoom or Meet. Send its link or embed it on the site you already have. It is public from the minute you create it. Then: order paid → send the booking link.
-
60 to 90 min
Never chase again
One scenario per meeting state: booked → confirmation and prep questionnaire; timer → reminder; cancelled → deal back, task opened.
Hand the setup to it.

What a human still does
Connect the gateway and the Zoom or Meet token through OAuth flows in your name. Publishing and activating are separate, deliberate steps.
What it cannot touch
21 sensitive operations (billing, API tokens, roles, admin creation) are removed in the server. The guardrails →
What the days after setup look like.
-
Monday
The bookings list: date, guest, host, duration, format and status. Your tasks sit beside it, each with a 5-minute, 30-minute or 1-hour reminder.
-
Before the call
The contact card's History timeline: the intake answers, past orders, your notes, the call recordings. Every entry clicks through to what caused it.
-
Month end
Meetings analytics count bookings by meeting, date range and UTM tag. Call analytics report volume, duration, conversion and revenue attributed to calls.
What consultants ask before they switch.
Payment and booking are separate objects chained by automation: a scenario sends the booking link once the order is paid. Stricter than a “pay at booking” widget (nobody holds a slot without paying), but it is two steps.
Yes, both. Zoom uses OAuth and auto-creates the meeting; Google Meet needs a token you mint yourself.
Phone calls, yes. Recordings are stored on the platform and attached to the contact. Video-call recording is your video provider's feature. And the integration logs and analyses calls; it does not place them.
Sell it as a subscription: any period, trial price, renewal caps, retry ladders, grace period, self-service pause. Failed renewals are a trigger, so a dunning ladder catches the card first.
Yes. SMS is a chat channel, so a reminder can be a text that falls back to email. You open a Twilio or RingCentral account and connect it; AXL resells no numbers, so that provider bills you per message. Reminder calls we do not do.
