Domains registered through AXL are sponsored by our registrar partner. Renewal is your responsibility. Keep your contact email up to date and renew before the expiration date shown in Settings → Domains.
What renewal and recovery cost.
Prices are in US dollars, excluding applicable taxes. Renewal prices vary by domain and extension. The exact total is shown or confirmed before you authorize a charge.

| Before expiration | Your domain's current renewal price | Open Settings → Domains. The renewal price and allowed term are shown before you confirm. |
| Reactivation: days 1-25 after expiration for .com, .net and .org | Standard renewal price + $0 penalty fee | Your website and email may stop working. Open Settings → Domains to renew while renewal is available. If it is unavailable, contact support promptly. Other extensions have different recovery periods. |
| Redemption: roughly days 30-60 after expiration | $100-$150 restoration fee, depending on the extension, plus one year at the standard renewal price | Restoration is available only on request, where the registry permits it. We confirm availability and the exact total before you authorize the charge. |
| After the recovery period | Restoration is no longer available | The registry may delete the domain and make it available to others. The registrar may also offer an expired domain to others before deletion, as its registration agreement allows. |
These periods are not a guaranteed recovery window. The registrar and registry determine the status of each domain; some extensions have different periods or no redemption period. Please contact us as soon as a domain expires.
Need to recover an expired domain?
Email support@axl.tech with the domain name. We will check whether it can still be recovered and confirm the full price before any charge.
We send renewal reminders before expiration and again after expiration. A missed reminder does not extend the registration or the recovery period.
