A finished AXL course: the section and step tree on the left, a written lesson beside it, and the numbered completion certificate it issues.
Courses at a glance

Teach, test, review and pace the course in one tree of steps.

Build sections and lessons, grade tests automatically, let AI review homework against your instructions, and route uncertain answers to a person before the next step unlocks.

An AXL course test being graded: the chosen answer marked correct against the pass threshold, with the question counter above it.
A drawn product still of an automatically graded course test.
  • Teach. Combine text, hosted video, images and files in each course step.
  • Test. Use six question types with point or percentage scoring and answer explanations.
  • Review. Set the instructions, reference answer and confidence threshold. AI handles clear submissions; uncertain work lands in Task Review for a person.
  • Pace and track. Gate by plan, prerequisite, date or cohort, then see progress and issue certificates.
See course structure and migration limits

A product can sell a course, plan, library or bundle. Cohorts add dated intakes, while each student record shows current step, state, score and last activity.

Limits: no SCORM and no branded app-store app. Contacts can be imported, but lessons, videos and tests are rebuilt. An agent can help with that work but cannot sign into the old platform for you.

Do this in 10 minutes

Ship one lesson with a graded test and reviewed homework.

The smallest unit of a course that teaches: a step a student can fail, resubmit and pass. More on pacing, grading and completion →

  1. 01 Create course and section Cover and description are what students see. Courses
  2. 02 Write one step of theory One idea, answerable from this page alone. Step editor
  3. 03 Add the test, threshold first 70% of five questions forgives one mistake, not two. Step → Test
  4. 04 Add the homework task Write the admin-only reference answer and decide whether this task uses AI review. Step → Task
  5. 05 Make it blocking, then drip it Days after enrolment, a weekday, or the cohort start. Step → Access
  6. 06 Enrol yourself, then test the handoff Submit as a student. AI reviews clear work against your rules; anything below your confidence threshold stays in Task Review for a person. Access and Products → Task Review
Same job, one prompt

“Create a course ‘Foundations of Colour’, add a lesson with the theory below, a five-question test at a 70% threshold and a homework task with a reviewer-only answer. Make the step blocking and unlock it three days after enrolment. Do not publish.”

Hand it to the AI you already use, or the one inside the platform. Publishing stays a separate, deliberate step. What an agent can finish →

How it connects

Course activity is CRM data, not a separate silo.

“Completed a lesson”, “submitted homework”, “answered question three this way” are filter conditions on one contact record.

An issued AXL certificate: the student and course names auto-filled, the series number, and its public verification link.

Questions

Questions people ask before they move a course.

Yes. Six question types, point or percentage scoring against a pass threshold, an explanation on every answer. A wrong answer is itself a filter condition, so it can start an automation that sends the remedial lesson.

Build the course. Then let it teach without you in the room.

Graded tests, AI-assisted homework review with a human fallback and drip that matches how you teach, all on the record your sales run on.
