One customer record, from first click to last renewal.
Each person has one contact record, whether they are a lead, customer, student or someone who left checkout.

Follow every lead from first form to paid deal.
Forms, quizzes, chats, webinars, imports and API calls meet in one contact record. Turn that record into a deal, assign it, move it through a pipeline and see what was paid.
- One customer record. Keep contact details, custom fields and activity together.
- Pipelines. See deal value, owner and stage in a board or table.
- Live segments. Filter by behaviour, orders, course progress and form answers.
- Tasks and agents. Assign the next step or let your AI client work with the same record.
See pipeline rules and CRM limits
A pipeline is a board of columns you name. Each card holds an amount, owner, tags and contact. Stage headers total the deals below them, and the table supports bulk reassignment and tagging.
Limits: AXL does not calculate tax or VAT and does not create invoice documents. Duplicate merging handles five records at a time and cannot be undone. Inline card entry is Stripe only.
Tasks carry an owner, observers and reminders. Your AI client can reach the same CRM operations through the agent surface.
Everything that happened, in one column.
A page visit, a quiz answer, a webinar they sat through and a call recording with its summary sit in one list, newest first. Entries link through to what caused them.
Filter it to Main, Sites, Education, CRM or Calls, or leave it on All.
- Pages and forms A visit, a form sent, a quiz answered.
- Orders Paid, refunded, fulfilled.
- Learning A course started, a course finished.
- Webinars Registered, and whether they turned up.
- Calls Call from AXL, then open the recording, transcript, summary and outcome here.
- Your side of it Deals, tasks, emails sent, notes with files.
The conversation does not disappear when someone hangs up.
Call from the browser with an AXL number, or let a connected voice agent run the call. The recording, transcript, summary and chosen outcome return to the same contact history.

61 condition types, including ones a standalone CRM structurally cannot know.
One builder over profile, money, UTM, opens and clicks, course progress, video watched, quiz answers, webinar attendance, community activity and deals.
Combine order, course, video, and date conditions without exporting contacts.
- → Paid for the flagship course
- → and completed fewer than 3 lessons
- → and watched more than 60% of the welcome video
- → and has no order in the last 30 days
74 conditions in all: 61 work in segments and broadcasts, 13 only inside an automation.
Learn the grammar once, use it in five places.
One grammar, five jobs: a CRM segment, a broadcast audience, a filter on an order or deal list, a branch inside an automation, and the access rule on a community space. A segment can even contain another segment.
Products, checkout, orders, subscriptions.
Six product types, priced the way you sell
Digital, physical, service, courses and materials, subscription, cohort. Each takes a struck-through comparison price, pay-what-you-want with a floor, bonus points, an access window and a server-enforced order deadline.
Checkout is a block on your page
Payment and deposit buttons on different gateways · promo codes whose caps decrement only on payment · order bumps, one-click upsells, your thank-you page.
Build the page it sits on →An order exists before the money does
Created when somebody reaches the checkout, not when they pay, so an abandoned cart is already a record with UTM on it.
Ten statuses with restore from deleted, copyable payment links, fee and net income per order, and first-versus-repeat sales and average check on the analytics screen.
20+ payment providers, plus cash and bank transfer
Each integration carries its own currency, so several currencies means several providers.
AXL takes 0% of your revenue.
You still pay your provider's processing fee. You do not pay a second cut for using the software.
For contrast, from the vendors' own pricing pages: Skool lists 10% on Hobby and 2.9% on Pro (skool.com/pricing); Circle lists 2% / 1% / 0.5% by plan (circle.so/pricing); Kajabi charges no platform fee on Kajabi Payments and a 5% → 0.5% surcharge by plan if you bring your own processor (kajabi.com/pricing).
What AXL charges instead →Subscriptions we own, not the gateway
Six subscription events are automation triggers, so “the card failed” starts a funnel you designed.
Build the dunning ladder →Any billing period with a trial price · renewal caps · retry ladders with a grace period that keeps access alive · self-service pause and resume.
Booking and sessions, on the same record
Sell the session as a product; a scenario sends the booking link once the order is paid.
Availability and no-shows →Take money on a page, and watch the deal appear.

What people ask before they move their customers.
No. Plans start at $49 per month with included usage. Extra contacts cost $0.002 each, and AXL takes 0% of sales. The estimator →
Yes to both. Orders carry first- and last-touch UTM, so an A/B test in the website builder is judged on paid orders. Import takes TXT, CSV, XLSX or pasted text and validates before writing; the migration page says what moves cleanly.
Through webhooks and the API. An automation sends a webhook with your own method and headers, retries it across 24 hours, and can branch on the response. Inbound, a POST starts any active scenario and matches the contact from the payload. API keys are unlimited, with rights per key. The webhook reference →
