Publish the page, collect the intake, and keep the meeting on the contact.
Set the schedule, durations and format. A guest chooses in their own timezone, answers your form and receives the Zoom or Google Meet link.
- Availability. Set working windows, minimum notice, buffers and a closing date.
- Formats. Offer Zoom, Google Meet, phone or in-person slots, with one host or round robin.
- Intake. Ask your own questions and put every answer on the contact before the call.
- Paid sessions. Sell the meeting at full price or take a deposit before sharing the booking link.

Slots stay available only inside your schedule, after minimum notice, outside the buffer and until the guest cap is reached. Every booking creates a task for the host.
Limits: AXL is not the call software. Video runs on Zoom or Google Meet. Payment is a separate product step, and a new booking page is public as soon as it is created.

Where the booking lands, and where you work it.
A dedicated scheduler is good at calendars. Calendly's Standard plan is $12 per seat per month (calendly.com/pricing). Here a booking is a CRM event on the same contact record as the order that paid for it and every message you have exchanged.
Meetings → Bookings holds them all: date and time, guest, host, duration, format, the call link and every form answer, filtered by period, meeting and status. Cancel and Mark no-show are the two actions on a row. Analytics, the next tab, counts bookings by meeting, date range and UTM.

Payment and booking are separate objects chained by automation: a scenario sends the booking link once the order is paid. Stricter than a pay-at-booking widget (nobody holds a slot they have not paid for), but it is two steps. Deposits work the same way through partial payment.
Yes. AXL supports both, plus phone and in-person meetings. Connecting is a one-time job before your first booking page: Zoom over OAuth, Google Meet with a token you mint yourself. Every booking then gets its own link automatically.
Yes. One page supports several hosts, distributed round robin by priority and workload. Every booking can create a task for its host automatically, and the bookings list shows guest, host, duration, format and status.
Yes: a direct link, an HTML embed for third-party sites, or the Meeting element on an AXL page, widget or course step. One quirk worth knowing: the booking page is public the moment it is created, so treat its URL as live.
Booked, confirmed and cancelled with its reason are scenario triggers, and a reminder fires N minutes before the slot as an email or a chat message. Afterwards Confirmed, No-show and Cancelled are statuses you can filter the bookings list by.
Nothing. Admin seats are not billed, so a second or fifth host on the round robin does not change the bill. The meter is contacts, storage and AI usage. Estimate your bill.
