Can I start without connecting my own AI?
Yes. Every new account starts with a free setup chat with AXL's built-in AI assistant. After that, the assistant runs on prepaid AI credits on Free. You can also build in the editor without AI, or connect ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor through MCP.
What is included in the Free plan?
All AXL features within Free limits: 500 contacts, 5,000 emails and 5,000 messages a month, 5 GB of storage, 3,000 site visits and 10 hours of video viewing a month, and one admin. AI, calls and SMS run on prepaid balance.
What happens when I reach a Free plan limit?
Leads are never lost. New leads still reach your CRM, but AXL pauses sending, such as campaigns and automated messages, until your limits reset on your monthly sign-up day. Free limits cannot be topped up. To keep going right away, upgrade to a paid plan.
Is AI lead scoring included in Free?
No. AI lead scoring is available on paid plans. It is in early access, so ask us to switch it on for your account.
Do I need a credit card?
No. You can sign up for Free without a card. You add one only to top up your balance or to pay for a plan.
Do I need to move my whole business to AXL?
No. Start with one landing page and one form. Add email, webinars, booking or payments when they help, and import your contacts when you are ready.
What does the subscription include, and what costs extra?
The plan fee covers every feature and the usage included in your plan. Usage above it is billed at public overage rates. Calls, SMS, phone numbers, domain services and AI beyond the included credits are paid from your prepaid balance.
How do I redeem ph25, and how long does the discount last?
Sign up with code ph25 by November 30, 2026. The Start free buttons here add it for you. The 25% stays on your account for life and applies to your plan fee whenever you upgrade. Usage above your plan, AI credits, calls, SMS, numbers and domains are not discounted.
Does signing up for Free reserve the discount?
Yes, if you sign up with code ph25 by November 30, 2026. The discount waits on your account and applies from your first paid plan fee. An account created without the code does not get it later.
