It includes 5,000 contacts, 50 GB of storage, 15,000 emails, 25,000 messages, 100 video-viewing hours, 100 webinar viewer-hours streamed through AXL, one admin and 200 AI credits. ### What happens when I pass an allowance?+ On a paid plan, only the amount above the allowance is billed at the published overage rate. The plan fee and every positive overage line are added together. Free has no overage: sending pauses at its limits. ### Are overage rates different on larger plans?+ No. Starter, Growth, Scale and Pro use the same overage rate card. Larger plans give you more included usage. ### What happens in a quiet month?+ On a paid plan, you still pay the plan fee. Contacts, storage and active admins are calculated and charged day by day from each day's actual amount. Email, messages, video viewing, webinar viewing through AXL streaming and AI use monthly consumption. ### Do you take a percentage of my sales?+ No. AXL takes 0% of your sales. Your payment provider can still charge its own processing fee. ### Why can a larger plan cost less?+ A larger plan can remove enough overage to lower the total. The calculator compares every plan total your usage fits and recommends the lowest estimate. ### Does storage include hosted video?+ Yes. Storage includes uploaded files and converted video renditions. Video viewing is a separate viewer-hour allowance and overage line. ### Is there a free plan?+ Yes. New accounts start on Free, with no trial and no card: 500 contacts, 5,000 emails and 5 GB, with AXL branding. AI runs on prepaid balance, Free limits cannot be bought, and an empty balance never blocks the account. ### When do Free limits reset?+ Every month on your sign-up day. AXL emails you at 80% and at 100%. ### Does every plan show AXL branding?+ Yes. Sites, forms and video players show a small AXL badge on every plan. Free also adds it under bulk emails. ### Why does Free ask for SMS verification?+ It unlocks imports, bulk campaigns and your own domain. Each Free campaign is reviewed before it is sent. ### Is an unused Free account deleted?+ Yes.
